The presentation and response to treatment differs in children and adolescents than in adults.FindingsWe present a rare case of CRPS in an adolescent having bilateral lower limb involvement along with its physiotherapy management.ConclusionThis case report gives an insight about early diagnosis, treatment in the form of aggressive physiotherapy, and improvement that can be achieved in an adolescent CRPS case.
