If I Lived Through It, It's The Right Way To Do It

This study focuses on the influence of parenting styles on children, specifically authoritarian parenting, and the specific experiences they go through during childhood. It questions whether older adults' attitudes towards the children of today's society are more favorable than how they view their generation as children. Participant will be asked to think about the experiences they went through as children and if they believe they turned out okay as an adult. This belief acts as a moderator for the relationship between growing up with authoritarian parents and if they believe that it is okay to execute the same type of experiences to their own children.
