- Transesophageal overdrive atrial pacing (TEAP) is a minimally invasive technique for terminating atrial tachycardia (AT). Use of TEAP in pregnant women is limited, while the more commonly used direct current cardioversion (DCCV) for AT can be dangerous to the fetus. We report TEAP successfully
