Abstract
- Africa is currently welcoming and attracting new investments in energy with new regulations and programs focusing on renewable energy. However, the continent is still suffering the symptoms of the energy crises that are harming the economy and risking lives. Africa has a massive un-tackled potential of renewable energy. This study asses the obstacles facing the PV market in Africa and the outcomes assert that solar PV systems show a technical and economic feasible solution for the energy problem in Africa.
