Abstract

In this paper, the time domain volume surface integral equation method is used to analyze PIN diode Limiter under high voltage with a field-circuit coupling algorithm. Besides, the mathematical equations of lumped charge model are also combined here. The electromagnetic field-circuit coupled system matrix of microwave nonlinear element loaded circuit problem is established. With Newton iteration method, nonlinear equation is solved in a rigorously synchronous and seamless way. Finally, a modified solution process of time domain nonlinear coupled system matrix is introduced, the results of simulation shows the process of solution can be accelerated obviously.
