Overlapping control on second-order system of lacking damper

Abstract
- Second-order system of lacking damper was an alyzed and studied, and a kind of control strategy namei overlapping control was proposed to overcome the overshoo problem. By converting an input signal into two signals whicl have certain relationships on amplitude and phase to counterac the overshoot of the system, and the response speed can also b guaranteed. The parameters of overlapping control were obtaine by system identification. In order to improve the robustness o the system, a feedforward-feedback control scheme was give to solve this problem. Simulation results show that overlapping control has good control performance for second-order system of lacking damper.
