Abstract
- The main goal of this paper is to evaluate the anti-interference performance of a Bluetooth piconet in a multi-Bluetooth piconets environment. An overview of the frequency hop selection mechanism is presented and the basic design based on 79-hop is described. We study correlation characteristics of the hopping sequences in typical scenarios and the simulation results show that the interference caused by the neighboring Bluetooth piconet is sensitive both to the address offset and the frequency offset between the victim and the inbreaker.
