Highly efficient and stable Cs2TeCl6:Cr3+ perovskite microcrystals for white light emitting diodes

Abstract

In this work, a series of metal ion doped Cs2TeCl6 microcrystals were prepared and obtained a highest PLQY of 81.5% in the optimum Cs2TeCl6:Cr3+ microcrystals. In addition, WLEDs based on the mixture of Cs2TeCl6:Cr3+ and BaMgAl10O17:Eu2+ phosphors exhibit high performance.
