An Analysis on the Payment of Urban Medical Insurance for Community Outpatients of Two Groups

Objective. Achieving effective supervision of medical insurance and adopting measures for appropriate payment of basic medical insurance under the family physician system, through the analysis of two groups of urban workers in the Community Health Center. Methods. A statistical analysis was made on the settlement data of basic medical insurance for outpatients consisting of urban workers in the Community Health Center, using SPSS and Excel. Result. The administrative departments of Medicare should strengthen the supervision of specific groups, and carry out application of the hybrid medical insurance payment methods, which can effectively improve the use of medical insurance funds, and make the family doctor service more targeted.
