Research on Reasonable Time Limit of Project Based on Monte-Carlo Computer Simulation

There are many uncertain factors in the actual project. The duration of the process is used as a decision variable, the multi objective function of time, cost and quality is described fuzzy, and the fuzzy equilibrium optimization model based on the three parties is established in this paper. The precision of the time limit obtained by the traditional PERT algorithm is low, In combination with engineering practice, The Monte-Carlo simulation method is used to solve the model more efficiently and provide the basis for determining the reasonable time limit of the project.
