Abstract

In this paper we discuss the possibility to change an approach to arthroscopic procedure. Currently, such procedure requires utilization of multiple devices as each one enables the observation with given angle. If therapist is not able to complete the procedure with provided vision, it's necessary to change instrument to a proper one. Obviously, it prolongs the overall process and causes inconvenience, both to the patient, as well as the therapist. This paper provides a survey of health problems along with medical procedures possible to be performed using arthroscopy as well as currently used and available devices. It is concluded with two possible solutions to stated problem with the analysis of foreseeable drawbacks of each.
