Abstract

readers noted high gray matter signal relative to white matter, which made visual interpretation relatively straightforward.Exemplary negative and positive scans will be presented. The cognitive measures were evenly matched between the scan positive and negatives in the MCI population studied. Conclusions: [18 F]NAV4694 scans are easy to read with 100% agreement among the consensus readers. Baseline data indicates the scans are easy to read and cognitivemeasures among scan positive and negative subjects in this cohort were similarly matched. Sensitivity and specificity for conversion to AD is to be determined with data from the longer follow up.
