ОСОБЕННОСТИ ВАЛЮТНОЙ ПОЛИТИКИ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ В 2014 ГОДУ В СВЯЗИ С ПРИСОЕДИНЕНИЕМ КРЫМА И СЕВАСТОПОЛЯ

После 18 марта 2014 года, перехода Крыма и города федерального значения Севастополя в состав Российской Федерации, возникли прогнозируемые и непрогнозируемые проблемы, связанные с реализацией валютной политики на полуострове. Рынок валют является ориентиром устойчивости национальной денежной единицы; изменения на валютном рынке неизбежно приводят к переменам в объемах производства, потоков капитала. Также состояние рынка валют оказывает влияние на ключевые макроэкономические показатели – от темпов инфляции до состояния государственного бюджета. Состояние макроэкономики зависит как от номинального, так и от реального валютного курса. От динамики и уровня валютного курса зависит конкурентоспособность национальных товаров, объемы экспорта и импорта. В связи с присоединением Крыма и Севастополя к Российской Федерации возникли определенные сложности в установлении официального курса украинской гривны к российскому рублю, его удержанию, развитии валютообменных операций и валютных отношений. Напрямую в этой ситуации задействован банковский сектор, бизнес, юридические и физические лица. Данные ситуации нашли отражение в исследовании.
After March 18, 2014, the transfer of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol to the Russian Federation, there were predictable and unpredictable problems associated with the implementation of the monetary policy on the peninsula. The currency market is a benchmark for the stability of the national currency; changes in the foreign exchange market inevitably lead to changes in production volumes, capital flows. Also, the state of the currency market has an impact on key macroeconomic indicators - from inflation to the state budget. The state of the macroeconomy depends on both the nominal and real exchange rates. The competitiveness of national goods, the volume of exports and imports depend on the dynamics and level of the exchange rate. In connection with the annexation of Crimea and Sevastopol to the Russian Federation, certain difficulties arose in establishing the official exchange rate of the Ukrainian hryvna to the Russian ruble, its retention, the development of foreign exchange operations and foreign exchange relations. The banking sector, business, legal entities and individuals are directly involved in this situation. These situations are reflected in the study.
