Abstract

Based on the problem of non-matching of protective characteristics before and after the use of solid-state power distribution, this paper proposes a stress assessment model in the short-circuit mode of solid-state electronic switch, and realizes the calculation method of transient junction temperature of power semiconductor devices in the short-circuit mode. The parasitic parameters and influencing factors of the solid-state power distribution circuit are analyzed based on the whole satellite state. The solution of the front and back level protection characteristics matching is given to ensure the safety of the solid-state power distribution aerospace application, which has a strong guiding significance and application value.
