Abstract

The article scrutinizes academic and methodological support of preparation of future primary school teachers to employment of innovative pedagogical technologies in the capacity of the factor of realization of educational tasks of higher pedagogical education.It is emphasized that resulting from modernization of academic and methodological support of vocational training of future teachers the educator of new generation has to take place of a traditional pedagogue and possess an important characteristic of employment innovative pedagogical technologies in educational activity. Correspondently, a modern teacher must be free of stereotypes in other words has to be capable of providing educational environment for effective studying and revealing of child’s talent. Innovative pedagogical activity is directed towardsto employment of educator’s presentational skills, provision of their efficiency as a communicator and facilitator, capability to use and combine different methods and techniques of presenting material, introduction of ICT in learning and teaching process. Formation of professional readiness of a modern pedagogue capable of implementation of ideas of personality-oriented education, ingenious solving of pressing educational and socio-cultural issues demands peculiar organization of their educational activity. As a matter of fact, readiness to innovative activity is stipulated by organization of optimal innovation environment and orientation of pedagogical activity to innovation in the conditions of educational process of higher educational establishments.The important direction of primary school teacher preparation to employment of innovative pedagogical technologies is defined in the article as formation of innovative pedagogical thinking of future primary school teachers which takes place in the higher educational establishments in the process of studying the subjects of psychological cycle. Mastering of knowledge, abilities and skills in pedagogical subjects by future educators provides in its turn knowledge of curriculum and textbook contents; insight into innovation approaches; knowledge of the essence, capabilities and practicability of employment of innovative pedagogical technologies in the primary school educational process.Educational and methodological support of preparation of future primary school teachers to employment of innovative pedagogical technologies is rationalized to be an important structural element of their professional and educational training in the establishments of higher education. Reformation of modern higher pedagogical education considers European standards and makes provision for training a professional with innovative pedagogical thinking capable of performing professional obligations in the renovated educational environment of a primary school. Contents, forms and methods of preparation of future primary school teachers for employment of innovative technologies are directed to formation of students’ abilities to overcome anti-innovation barriers, identify pedagogical aims and successfully gain them, apply innovative studying technologies, work over personal and professional improvement.
