Research Compendium: Climate change and disease pressure in cereal crops

In this research project, we integrated a long term (2002 - 2020) crop production data from fungicide treated and non-treated trials in the United Kingdom (UK) with crop distribution mapping data, monthly weather data (2001 - 2020) and climate model projections over the UK for 2021-2040 and 2061-2080. We then utilized this big data to explore and analyze the effect of climate change on pathogen-associated potential yield gaps in major food crops of the UK.
