Abstract

The approach of comparator identification for solving the problem of parametric synthesis of multi-criteria evaluation models for UAV construction options is considered. To normalize the values of particular criteria, it is proposed to use universal functions of their utility, which have greater accuracy in approximating expert estimates and less time complexity than the well-known Gauss, Harrington and logistic functions. Relations are given for determining the parameters of additive models and models constructed on the basis of the Kolmogorov-Gabor polynomial based on the results of qualitative assessments of alternative options by experts, presented in the form of binary relations of strict preference and equivalence. As a result of regularization, the incorrect initial problem is reduced to the linear programming problem of searching for the Chebyshev point of a system of equations and inequalities.
