Abstract
- An experimental investigation was made of the influence of the conditions and of the mixture composition on the output energy of a chemical hydrogen fluoride laser in which a chemical reaction was initiated by a powerful explosive light source. The average specific output energy from a volume of ~4 litres was ~240 J litre-1.
