Abstract
- The substitution of Cu+ in Cu3SbS4 nano crystals by magnetic Ni2+ increases electrical conductivity while nearly retaining the Seebeck coefficient, due to the spin effect. This demonstrates that the substitution of Cu+ by Ni2+ can notably improve the thermoelectric performance of a ternary Cu3SbS4 system.
