Abstract
- Radio-frequency (rf) collapse of the magnetic hyperfine structure in the Mossbauer spectra is employed to study directly the changes in the short range order in amorphous Fe80−xLaxB20 alloys via the electric quadruple hyperfine interaction. Substitution of iron by the much larger La atoms induced collective changes in the structure.
