- La capacite fonctionnelle residuelle est diminuee durant l’anesthesie et chez les patients ventiles avec pression positive intermittente.2,3 Une ventilation rapide et superficielle avec maintien d’une pression legerement positive en fin d’expiration peut prevenir cette reduction.4,5
