The use of intra-arterial Urokinase in a case of recurrent arterial occlusion

Summary The present case report describes the use of intraarterial Urokinase in an occlusive episode involving the right radial and ulnar arteries. Details of the case history are given and the choice of thrombolytic therapy, plus its route of administration are discussed.
