Abstract
- Possible genotoxic effect of thiacloprid on bovine cultures of whole blood was investigated using chromosomal aberrations (CAs), micronuclei (MN), sister chromatid exchanges (SCEs), DNA damage and apoptotic DNA fragmentation assays. The cells of whole blood were exposed to thiacloprid (30, 60, 120, 240 and 480 μg mL−1) for the last 24 and 48 h of cultivation.
