Abstract

Background Anaphylaxis is the most severe manifestation of allergic disorders. The poor knowledge of its molecular mechanisms often leads to under‐diagnosis. MicroRNAs (miRNA) regulate physiologic and pathologic processes, and they have been postulated as promising diagnostic markers.
