Abstract

Table S4: Quantitative estimation of the diet of the Collembola Folsomia candida, Protaphorura fimata and Lepidocyrtus violaceus in multi-diet setups, based on the CCs obtained from single diet experiments with adjusted values respective to fat content by using fat_adj() from the qfasar package. Given are the mean estimations (% ± s.d., n=3). Fat content for the groups as follows: Algae: 0.218g g-1 DW, bacteria: 0.021g g-1 DW, fungi: 0.039g g-1 DW, leaves: 0.042g g-1 DW, roots: 0.013g g-1 DW.
