Abstract
- A 16-year-old intellectually normal woman, with a history of febrile seizures, presented with focal seizures. MRI showed several regions of polymicrogyria/pachygyria, cortical heterotopia, and left hippocampal hypoplasia, associated with (interictal) FDG-PET hypometabolism (figure).
