The Effect of Hospital Ethical Climate Perception of Nurses On Employee Performance

Örgütsel etik iklim algısı ahlaki tutum ve davranışlar açısından kurumsal değerleri ve uygulamaları bünyesinde barındırdığı için çalışan performansı üzerinde önemli etkiye sahiptir. Çalışan performansındaki artış da işletmenin etkinliğini ve verimliliğini artırması açısından önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı; sağlık çalışanlarının hastane etik iklim algılarının çalışan performansı üzerine etkisini araştırmaktır. Araştırmanın çalışma evrenini Muş Devlet Hastanesi’nde çalışan hemşireler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma örneklemi olarak basit tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemi ve veri toplama aracı olarak anket kullanılmıştır. Anket soruları 186 sağlık çalışanına sorulmuştur. Elde edilen verilerin SPPS programında analizleri yapılmış ve sonuçlar yorumlanmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular sonucunda örgütsel etik iklim algısının çalışanların performansı üzerinde olumlu etkiye sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Organizational ethical climate perception has a significant impact on employee performance as it incorporates corporate values and practices in terms of moral attitudes and behaviors. The increase in employee performance is important in terms of increasing business efficiency and productivity. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of hospital ethical climate perceptions of health employees on employee performance. Mus State Hospital employees consists the population of the study. Simple random sampling method as the research sample and questionnaire as a means of data collecting have been used. The questionnaire questions have been asked to 186 health care workers. The obtained data has been analyzed in the SPSS program and the results have been interpreted. As a result of the findings, it’s been found out that organizational ethical climate perception has a positive impact on the employees' performance.
