Abstract
- Social jetlag (SJL) has been linked to many cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, as it disturbs the circadian rhythm. In this study, we analyzed the impact of SJL on glycemic control. To our knowledge, this was the first study that discussed the issue of SJL, and we explored the prevalence of SJL in the studied population.
