Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection and ST-Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction in an Anomalous LAD Artery

Spontaneous coronary artery dissection is an increasingly recognized cause of acute coronary syndrome in younger patients. Management remains challenging and involves weighing the benefits of revascularization with the potential to worsen the dissection.
