Abstract
- Laboratory journals were and are the most important documentation tool, especially for standardised experiments. But are they really FAIR? Don't we need appropriate tools and technologies like repositories for data and software? And persistent identifiers, so that our research becomes fair? A laboratory book for bespoke experiments is not a single software solution.
