A propósito de la identificación de Bigerra. Volviendo sobre Tito Livio, Ptolomeo y la Bastetania ibero-romana

Este trabajo pretende revisitar un topónimo citado por algunos autores greco-romanos en el ámbito del mediodía o sureste de la península ibérica. Se trata de Bigerra, una ciudad de la regio Bastitania no localizada a día de hoy pero que a la luz de las nuevas investigaciones arqueológicas practicadas en el ámbito andaluz y castellano-manchego es posible comenzar a dilucidar su posible ubicación. This work aims to reconsider a toponym cited by some Greco-Roman authors in the south or southeastern area of the Iberian Peninsula. It is Bigerra, a city in the Bastitania regio that has not been located to date, but in light of new archaeological investigations carried out in Andalucia and Castilla-La Mancha, it is possible to begin to elucidate its possible location.
