PHONETIC FEATURES OF THE LANGUAGE OF REJECTED BOOKS OF THE XVII CENTURY

The article analyzes 16 rejected books of the XVII century. The purpose of the study is to identify and study the results of phonetic processes reflected in the Russian language of the XVII century on the material of monuments of business writing. The novelty of the research is determined by the fact that the monuments of the South Great Russian dialect of the XVII century of business content, which have not yet been considered in this linguistic aspect, have been selected for analysis. When studying the monuments of writing, such methods as descriptive were used, because the phonetic processes of the epoch after the fall of reduced vowels, reflected in the Old Russian language, are characterized, as well as statistical, since examples are accompanied by an indication of the frequency of their use. As a result of the conducted research, 168 examples with various phonetic changes were identified in the rejection books of the XVII century
