Long-term sea level rise modeling of a basin and tidal inlet system reveals sediment sinks

Enclosed are the model setup files associated with experiments conducted for the paper submitted to Nature Communications, titled "Long-term sea level rise modeling of a basin and tidal inlet system reveals sediment sinks." The readme.txt file explains the scenario details for each of the simulations. Each enclosed archived folder contains all the setup files for a coupled flow and sediment simulation for Delft3D version 4 for the schematized used in the paper. The setup files also include the initial conditions, model bathymetry, boundary conditions, sediment initial and boundary conditions, and selections used for the morphology setup.
