New WHO book outlines health systems of EU neighbours

The World Health Organization has produced a book that gives a clear overview of the essential health features and systems of the 12 countries on the European Union's eastern and southern borders. The 248 page publication gives basic information for each of the countries, covering their demography, prevalent diseases, and health risks, and explains how the country's health sector is being reformed, organised, and financed.
