Determination of the regional cochlear blood flow in the rat cochlea using non-radioactive microspheres and serially sectioned cochleas

The regional blood flow to the rat cochlea has been studied using a method which combines the microsphere method with observation of serially-sectioned, plastic-embedded cochleas.
