Rationale: The effectiveness and safety of aztreonam lysine for inhalation (AZLI) in patients with cystic fibrosis (CF) on maintenance treatment for Pseudomonasaeruginosa (PA)airway infection was evaluated in this randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study.
