- Grimes, J.D., Hassan, M.N., Thakar, J.H.: Prevention of Progression of Parkinson's Disease with Antioxidative Therapy. Prog. Neuro. Psychopharmacol. & Biol. Psychiat. 1988, 12 :165–172 1. 1. Oxidative mechanisms in dopaminergic neurons may contribute to cell death and the progression of Parkinson's Disease. 2. 2. The free radical auto-toxicity concept has scientific evidence to support it. 3. 3.
