Macromischoides aculeatus var. wasmanni Wheeler 1920

Macromischoides aculeatus variety wasmanni Forel Numerous workers from Zambi (Lang and Chapin); one female from Stanleyville. This variety is smaller than the typical aculeatus, with somewhat shorter epinotal spines, less regularly sculptured and somewhat paler.
