Abstract
- A part of the dye-protein complex formed in paper electropherograms of blood sera cannot be eluted from sections of the electropherograms by heating the sections with a N hydrochloric acid at 100°C. However, the noneluted part of the dye-protein complex may be calculated by assuming that it is adsorbed by the paper and therefore by applying the Langmuir isotherm equation.
