Abstract
- We encountered an adult patient with Henoch-Schonlein purpura. He had been infected with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and antiretroviral therapy improved his nephritis, indicating that HIV infection might have contributed to the development of Henoch-Schonlein purpura in our case.
