(A) 231 and 231DXR cells were treated with increasing concentrations of EGCG ( 100 - 200 µM) or C75 (30 - 90 µM) for 48h. (B) HCC and HCCDXR cells were treated with increasing concentrations of EGCG ( 100 - 250 µM) or C75 (20 - 60 µM) for 48h. Results are expressed as mean {plus minus} SEM. Experiments were performed at least three times in triplicate.
