Abstract
- It is of interest to document the inhibitory studies of HepG2 and human immune cells using Solanum nigrum. We have assessed the effect of ethanolic extract from Solanum nigrum for antiproliferative on HepG2 and on human PBMC. Treatment with Solanum nigrum separates the cells that are estimated by 3-[4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl]-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide measure. Results indicated improved cytotoxicity with expanding concentrations of extract.
