Abstract

A, Cells were transfected for 24 h with EGFP-C1 vector, plasmids encoding RIP2-GFP, or RIP2 (S176E)-GFP (which is phosphorylated form constitutively), respectively, and treated with or without GSK2118436 for 48 h. Lysates were probed with the indicated antibodies. B, Cells were transfected for 24 h with EGFP-C1 vector, RIP2-GFP or RIP2 (S176E)-GFP, respectively, and treated with or without GSK2118436 at the indicated concentration for 14 days before staining with crystal violet. Data are normalized to GSK2118436 or control and are displayed as mean {plus minus} SEM (n = 3, ***P < 0.001).
