A new species and a new record of Eupines King from China and Japan (Coleoptera, Staphylinidae, Pselaphinae)

Abstract: A new species of the primarily Australasian genus Eupines King, 1866, E. crinita Li, Nomura & Yin, sp. nov., is described from China and Japan, which is also the first record of the genus from the former country. Moreover, a new distributional record of E. sphaerica (Motschulsky, 1851) from China is provided.
