- Overhydration is a major cause of technique failure of peritoneal dialysis (PD). Hence, we investigated the impact of ultrafiltration (UF) volume by once-weekly hemodialysis (HD), excess volume beyond their dry weight, on technique survival of PD and HD combination therapy (PD+HD).
