Abstract
- International audience; Starting from N- and C-protected aspartic or glutamic acids, new unnatural α-amino acids containing 3,4,5-trisubstituted 1,2,4-triazole heterocycles on their side chains have been synthesized. Two points of diversity could easily be achieved on the heterocyclic moiety, which could easily be incorporated in peptide sequences to modify or improve their pharmacokinetic properties.
