Abstract

Colon cancer is the third most prevalent cause in both men and women worldwide, generating high morbidity and mortality rates, which is no different in our country. Recent studies continue ratifying the prognostic and predictive role of the location of the primary tumor in colon cancer. This research project is a quantitative approach study implementing a retrospective cohort analytical observational design to evaluate the behavior of these factors on the response to treatment and its outcome in Colombian patients with colon cancer.
