Conjugation of human serum albumin and flucloxacillin provokes specific immune response in HLA-B*57:01 transgenic mice

Flucloxacillin (FLX) induces adverse liver reactions, which has been reported to be related to human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-B*57:01.
