Abstract
- Key Clinical Message This unusual case of concurrent eccrine adenocarcinoma, phyllodes tumor, and multinodular goiter serves to alert the oncologic community to the high prevalence of second cancers after childhood radiotherapy. Increased surveillance and index of suspicion are recommended to successfully diagnose and treat second primary cancers in this vulnerable population.
