Abstract: Multiplex immunofluorescence staining quantification by Visiopharm Image Analytical System. DAPI nuclei were segmented defining the areas. Then each marker was quantified within this DAPI area. MPP4 low (MelR062) and MPP4 high (MelR166) phenotypes are represented.
